A combination of calming breath work, meditation, gentle stretching and relaxing restorative poses to completely calm your mind and body.

This two hour workshop will interest you if you are peri menopausal or menopausal, or would like to educate yourself on what to expect during this new phase of your life.
This is an interactive workshop where you are welcome to share your menopause experience and what methods have worked for you.

- Exercise and why it is so important.
- Why you need to eat healthy.
- Ways to help reduce stress and anxiety.
