This fun 40-minute session will include high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to boost cardiovascular fitness. Plus, strength training to build muscle endurance and overall body strength. Cancellation Policy

Package and subscription policy: All packages and subscriptions must be used within the end date, strictly no extensions. (Exceptions made for holidays of more than one week, or surgery) Your package/subscription cannot be shared with friends or family. Cancellation policy: Strictly 12 hours notice must be given for all cancellations. Any cancellations/no shows within 12 hours will incur a 100% charge. No refunds given, only credits. You are responsible for cancellation and making changes to your appointment via the SPACES app or by messaging Mandy on 0427 264 764.
